June 13 to 15, 2014
Each summer, Westboro Village gets ready for the season's biggest arts and cultural festival: Westfest. For one weekend, local and national artists and musicians take over Richmond Road and deliver impressive performances of music, art and literature. Year after year, this festival grows to produce a bigger and better one-of-a-kind cultural experience. Best of all, admission to Westfest events is free.
On The Street
Get ready for a 14-block party you won't soon forget. A street-level celebration filled with dance acts, street performers, buskers and much more.
Each year, over 100,000 people attend Westfest and witness live performances from some of the biggest names in Canadian music, ever.
The event kicks off with JUNO Award winner George Leach, closes with one of Canada's hottest acts, A Tribe Called Red, with many musical highlights in between.
Established in 2004, Westfest takes place annually the second weekend of June and celebrates a fusion of community and art.
