Q. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?
A. Check-in is 4:00 p.m.

 

Q. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?
A. Check-out is at noon.

 

Q. WHAT IF I NEED TO STAY PAST THE CHECK-OUT TIME?
A. Requests for late check-outs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. For departures after 2:00 p.m., there may be an additional charge. Please contact the Front Office by email or phone 800-267-6644/613-238-8858 if you need an extended check-out.

 

Q. WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
A. Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty. Cancellations received after this time may result in the billing of one night’s room stay plus tax.

 

Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ROOM?
A. A credit card is required to check in. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards are accepted. Upon departure, you can opt to switch your payment to cash, debit or traveller’s cheques. Q. I AM TRAVELING WITH AN INFANT OR TODDLER. DO YOU OFFER CRIBS?
A. We offer real baby cribs and cots at no additional cost. We also have highchairs at no extra charge.

 

Q. IS THERE A CHARGE FOR EXTRA PERSONS IN MY ROOM?
A. Rates are based on double occupancy. For additional adults, an extra cost of $20 per person + tax & fees applies.

 

Q. DO YOU OFFER SENIOR DISCOUNTS?
A. There is a special seniors rate for people over 55 years young. Inquire at time of reservation. ID is required on check in.

 

Q. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
A. Gift certificates may be purchased online. You may also contact our Reservations department by phone at 800-267-6644 or 613-238-8858.

 

Q. WHAT DOES YOUR PRIVACY POLICY MEAN?
A. Our privacy policy states that we do not give out or sell guest information to any third parties without your consent. We are following the guidelines established by the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

 

Q. ARE TAXES AND FEES INCLUDED IN PRICE?
A. Taxes and fees are generally not included on prices for goods or services.

 

Q. HOW FAR IS THE BYWARD MARKET?
A. The ByWard Market is about five minutes by car or a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

 

Q. DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
A. We do not allow pets except for service animals.

 

Q. HOW OLD MUST I BE TO CHECK INTO A ROOM?
A. The minimum age to check into the Albert at Bay Suite Hotel is 21 years or older.
